1.个人简介
南海燕,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2016年12月毕业于东南大学物理学院。博士期间曾获得博士研究生国家奖学金、宝钢优秀学生奖等资助。长期从事低维半导体材料光学和光电器件性能调控工作。博士期间首次提出了通过缺陷工程实现单层二硫化钼荧光强度可控增强的方法,于2014年发表在ACS Nano(IF=13.3)上,得到了同行专家的高度肯定,目前他引603次。入职后自行搭建光电测试系统两套、异质结转移和电极转移系统一套,实验室目前有光刻机、蒸镀仪、焊线机、光电测试系统、温和等离子体、高温退火炉等设备,从够自主实现器件的制备和性能调控测试。现发表SCI论文30余篇(其中一作(8)、共一(8)、通讯(5)),包括Nature Communications(IF=12.21), ACS Nano(IF=13.3), Advanced Materials(IF=25.8),Nano Letters(IF=11.23)等,他引超过1500次。
